• Three years of experience related to the Freedom of Information Act.
• Knowledge of MS Office Suite and FOIAXpress.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review documents under FOIA/PA guidelines.
• Process and document FOIA/PA requests for organization records.
• Interpret regulations and policies on release of agency documents.
• Analyze documents to determine appropriate action under E.O. 13526.
• Ensure materials do not reveal personal identifiers or exempted information.
• Coordinate with program offices on searches for responsive documents.
• Negotiate requests and clarify for release determinations.
