Job summary

KBR, Inc in Arlington, VA seeks a Senior Strategic Case Manager to advise on the Army’s most critical Foreign Military Sales cases within the Intensive Management Office. You will provide daily support and decisive recommendations to senior leaders, shaping production line priorities and resource decisions under tight deadlines in a classified environment.

This on-site role requires expert understanding of the security assistance enterprise, HQDA orders staffing mastery, and strong interagency

Qualifications

• Security clearance required.
• Experience delivering executive briefings to GO/SES.
• Strong interagency coordination across DSCA, Joint Staff, Army Staff.

Responsibilities

• Prepare executive-level decision papers and briefings for Army senior leaders.
• Collect, verify, and synthesize acquisition and delivery data for senior leadership.
• Draft and staff Armywide OPS/FRAGOs and OPORDs for military equipment transfers.
• Coordinate with DSCA to ensure alignment on drawdown actions and EXORDs.
• Lead day-to-day strategic oversight of high-priority FMS cases and due-outs.
• Serve as liaison to DSCA, Joint Staff, and other partners for order approvals.
