KBR Careers in Arlington, VA seeks a Senior Strategic Case Manager to advise and analyze high-visibility Foreign Military Sales cases within the Intensive Management Office. You will brief GO/SES level leadership, coordinate with DSCA, and drive rapid staff actions across the Army enterprise under tight deadlines.

The role demands expert understanding of security cooperation, OPORD/FRAGO processes, and the ability to deliver decisive recommendations in a classified, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Active SECRET security clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree in National Security Studies, Intl Relations, Business, or related field; Master's preferred.
• 8–10 years of experience in fast-paced Army Security Assistance Enterprise environments (ASAE/DSCA/Joint Staff/OSW).
• Experience with ASA(ALT) and Army Staff (G-3/5/7, G-8).
• Experience briefing GO/SES level principals directly.
• Mastery of FMS case lifecycle and Army security policies (tech transfer and disclosure).
• Mastery of Army staff orders writing (OPORD/FRAGO) and HQDA staffing processes.

Responsibilities

• Senior Leader Briefing and Decision Dominance: Develop and deliver executive-level decision papers and briefings to Army Senior Leaders.
• High-Tempo Reporting and Analysis: Collect, verify, and synthesize data for daily/weekly senior leadership products.
• Strategic and Operational Orders: Draft and staff OPORDs and FRAGOs for military equipment transfers.
• Presidential Drawdown Management: Manage end-to-end drawdown actions and coordinate with DSCA for EXORDs and Army orders.
• Intensive Case Management and Tasking: Lead day-to-day oversight of high-priority FMS cases and drive timely responses.
• Senior-Level Interagency Coordination: Liaise with DSCA, Joint Staff, and others to verify and publish orders.
