Job summary

KBR in Arlington, VA seeks a Senior FMS Strategic Case Manager to advise and analyze the Army's critical Foreign Military Sales cases within the IMO, guiding executive decisions and coordinating with DSCA and Army staff under tight deadlines.

You will prepare briefing papers for GO/SES, drive high-tempo reporting, and lead drawdown and order staffing in a classified environment, leveraging deep knowledge of FMS lifecycles and security cooperation policy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years of professional experience in fast-paced Army Security Assistance Enterprise or related offices.
• Experience directly with ASA(ALT) and Army Staff (G-3/5/7, G-8).
• Proven ability to brief GO/SES level principals and deliver staff actions.

Responsibilities

• Develop executive-level decision papers and briefings for Army senior leaders.
• Drive collection, verification, and synthesis of acquisition and delivery data for daily/weekly products.
• Lead rapid drafting and staffing of OPORDs and FRAGOs for military equipment transfers.
