Job summary

Morgan Business Consulting, LLC, in San Diego, is seeking a Senior Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Case Analyst to join our team. The role is on-site five days a week in San Diego with relocation assistance for the right candidate.

You will lead FMS case development and execution for the MIDS Program Office, engaging with Navy and allied partners worldwide, and coordinating LOAs, P&As, and program updates across multiple governance bodies.

Qualifications

• Seven years of experience providing FMS case management and analysis support to U.S. Navy program offices.
• Proficiency with DSAMS, MISIL, SCIP, and DIFS.
• Active DoD security clearance (Secret preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree from a US-accredited institution.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead cradle to grave FMS case management support for case managers and foreign partners.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather LOA requirements and create LOAs, amendments, and P&As.
• Track milestones and procurement actions for MIDS equipment shipments; manage program updates for PMR/CCIB/TCM meetings.
• Prepare budgets, ACRs, FMRs, and MISIL postings; monitor CEPT for violations and post comments as needed.
• Travel domestically and internationally; provide onsite support at MBC and client sites; maintain security clearances as required.
