Job summary

Odyssey Systems Consulting Group seeks a Senior Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Program Manager to support AFLCMC/HB and the International C2 and Sensors Division. The role focuses on FMS program execution, collaboration with DoD entities, and multilateral coordination with partner nations.

The position requires a US citizenship, an active Secret clearance, and 10 years of relevant DoD experience with a Bachelor's degree. Travel to CONUS/OCONUS locations, including Qatar, is expected.

Qualifications

• US citizenship required and ability to obtain/maintain an Active Secret clearance.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, with at least 6 in DoD.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs per DoD policy and regulations.
• Coordinate with SAF/IA, AFSAC, DSCA, and other agencies for acquisition activities.
• Develop acquisition planning, RFPs, SOO/SOW/PWS, and contract negotiations.
• Prepare program status briefs and briefings for leadership and international partners.
• Travel to CONUS/OCONUS locations, including Qatar, as needed.
