Job summary

Astrion is seeking a Senior Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Program Manager at Hanscom AFB, MA. The role will lead acquisition and program management for the FMS Japan AWACS program, coordinating with DoD and international partners to ensure cost, schedule, and performance objectives are met.

The successful candidate will manage cross-functional IPTs, develop and maintain program plans and reports, and provide senior-level briefings. Active Secret clearance and extensive DoD experience are required.

Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance required.
• Experience developing acquisition documentation, briefings, reports, and program management plans.
• Ability to communicate effectively with government, contractor, and international stakeholders.
• Experience supporting DoD acquisition programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide acquisition and program management support to Program Managers, IPT Leads, and senior leadership for FMS programs.
• Support program execution to meet cost, schedule, performance, and technical objectives per DoD and Air Force policies.
• Assist in developing, reviewing, and coordinating acquisition documentation, milestone briefings, program plans, and contract documentation.
• Support contract execution activities including planning, requirements development, risk assessments, and program reviews.
• Develop and maintain program reports, metrics, briefings, and executive communications.
• Analyze program health and advise on acquisition strategies, schedule, resources, and risk mitigation.
