Morgan Business Consulting, LLC in San Diego, CA seeks a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Case Analyst to support case development and execution on-site. The role requires coordinating LOAs, amendments, P&As, and briefs while ensuring compliance with Navy program needs and security requirements.

You will travel domestically and internationally as needed. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of FMS experience, US Navy exposure, DSAMS/MISIL/SCIP proficiency, and an active Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Three years of FMS case management and analysis experience with U.S. Navy programs.
• Experience using DSAMS, MISIL, SCIP, and DIFS.
• Bachelor’s degree from a US-accredited institution.
• Active DoD Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide cradle to grave FMS case management support.
• Gather requirements for LOAs with stakeholders.
• Develop LOAs, amendments, and P&As in DSAMS.
• Prepare briefs for PMR, CCIB, and TCM; route for disclosure.
