Job summary

Morgan-Business-Consulting, LLC in San Diego, CA is seeking a FMS Case Analyst to support case development for MIDS. This on-site role requires five days of in-office attendance in San Diego.

The position involves cradle-to-grave FMS case management, LOA development, and coordinating with stakeholders across CONUS and OCONUS locations. Candidates should have Navy FMS experience and a Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience providing FMS case management and analysis support to U.S. Navy program offices.
• Experience using FMS systems such as DSAMS, MISIL, SCIP, and DIFS.
• Bachelor’s degree from an institution accredited in the United States.
• Active DOD Secret security clearance.
• Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong verbal and written interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally using a credit card or prepaid debit card as required by MBC and/or clients
• Attend meetings and provide onsite/in-person support as required

Responsibilities

• Provide cradle to grave FMS case management support services to case managers and foreign partners
• Communicate with stakeholders to gather requirements for building LOAs
• Develop LOAs, amendments, modifications, and P&As in DSAMS
• Develop briefs detailing case and program updates for meetings including PMR, CCIB, and TCM; route briefs for Foreign Disclosure approval
• Analyze customer requirements to identify risks in cost, schedule, and performance
• Initiate procurement actions and track milestones for MIDS equipment shipments
• Prepare acquisition strategies and program overviews to track milestones and align FMS requirements with USN schedules
• Complete financial management tasks including preparing case budgets, ACRs, FMRs, CRR sheets, and MISIL postings
• Review the CEPT bi-weekly to monitor violations; post comments as necessary
• Coordinate and facilitate meetings, draft minutes, track actions for CONUS and OCONUS events
• Prepare Transportation Plans for HAZMAT and CCI
• Travel domestically and internationally, provide in-person support, obtain certifications and security clearances
