Job summary

Morgan Business Consulting, LLC is seeking a FMS Case Analyst for our San Diego office. This on-site role supports FMS case development and execution for Navy and allied forces, including LOA creation, DSAMS processing, and program briefs.

You will engage with stakeholders and manage milestones while traveling as needed. Ideal candidates have three years of FMS case management experience, DoD Secret clearance, and proficiency with DSAMS, MISIL, SCIP, and DIFS, along with MS Office tools.

Qualifications

• Three years of FMS case management experience with U.S. Navy program offices.
• Experience using FMS systems such as DSAMS, MISIL, SCIP, and DIFS.
• Bachelor’s degree from a US-accredited institution.
• Active DoD Secret security clearance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Provide cradle to grave FMS case management support services to case managers and foreign partners.
• Develop LOAs, amendments, modifications, and P&As in DSAMS.
• Develop briefs for PMRs, CCIBs, and TCMs; route for Foreign Disclosure approval.
• Analyze customer requirements to identify risks in cost, schedule, and performance.
• Coordinate and facilitate meetings; draft minutes and track actions.
• Prepare acquisition strategies and program overviews to align FMS with USN schedules.
• Post shipments in MISIL and manage related program data.
• Travel domestically and internationally as required and provide in-person support.
