Job summary

MBC in San Diego is seeking a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Case Analyst to support case development and execution for MIDS. This on-site role requires in-office presence five days a week in San Diego, CA.

The analyst will manage cradle-to-grave FMS cases, develop LOAs and P&As, and coordinate with stakeholders across CONUS and OCONUS locations, ensuring alignment with USN schedules and program milestones.

Qualifications

• Three years of FMS case management and analysis experience with US Navy offices.
• Experience using FMS systems such as DSAMS, MISIL, SCIP and DIFS.
• Bachelor’s degree from a US-accredited institution.
• Active DoD Secret security clearance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide cradle to grave FMS case management support to case managers and foreign partners.
• Gather requirements for LOAs and develop LOAs, amendments, and P&As in DSAMS.
• Prepare briefs for PMRs, CCIBs, and TCMs and route for Foreign Disclosure approval.
• Analyze customer requirements to identify cost, schedule, and performance risks.
• Initiate procurement actions and track milestones for MIDS equipment shipments.
• Prepare acquisition strategies and align FMS requirements with USN schedules.
• Handle financial tasks including case budgets, ACRs, FMRs, CRR sheets, and MISIL shipments.
