Job summary

RG Group in York, PA is seeking a Senior Fluid Power Field Service Technician to fabricate, install, commission and repair fluid power systems at customer sites. You will serve as a subject matter expert, providing technical support and timely service.

The role requires 5+ years in fluid power repair and assembly, a high school diploma or GED, and travel up to 50%. Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, and electromechanical components, and welding skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in fluid power repair and assembly.
• Certified Hydraulic Technician a plus.
• Certified in MIG or TIG welding a plus.

Responsibilities

• Fabricates, commissions, installs, troubleshoots and repairs fluid power systems and equipment.
• Performs preventative and corrective maintenance on fluid power systems by utilizing manuals and drawings.
• Conducts tests, inspections and evaluations of mechanical, electrical and software components.
• Seeks sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction and keeps records of service calls.
• Operates independently in the field and with customers.
• Responds to customer emergency service requests.
• Delivers high quality service and customer satisfaction.
