Arcadis is seeking an experienced ITS / Intelligent Mobility Services Market Lead to join our Traffic and ITS team in South Florida. This role will work alongside Arcadis senior leaders, managers, and engineers to lead the strategy and projects for programs and projects across South Florida.

This is a hybrid position; candidate must be located in South Florida and attend client meetings as needed. The IMS Market Lead will help grow the Florida practice and leverage Arcadis' reputation to deliver

Qualifications

10+ years of relevant work experience.
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Transportation Field or similar.
Must possess a Florida PE.
Must possess a U.S. Driver’s License.
Experience in TSMO, ITS Design or Traffic Operations.
Experience with Industry leading transportation and Engineering principles.
Experience with FDOT design standards and common industry tools/software.

Responsibilities

Grow the business by developing client relationships with local agencies and FDOT districts.
Coordinate with regional and national management to meet operational goals and share knowledge.
Lead delivery of ITS/TSMO/Traffic Operations projects for public and private clients; oversee complex technical work.
Champion internal initiatives related to staff development and strategic positioning.
Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication in teamwork and client interactions.
