Requires Florida PE licensure and extensive transportation project leadership experience. Role emphasizes client advisory, BD initiatives, cross-team collaboration, and representing Arcadis in industry forums to expand market

Qualifications

Florida PE License required.
15+ years of progressive highway or transportation engineering design and project management experience.
Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and delivering complex transportation projects.

Responsibilities

Lead and deliver FDOT and municipal transportation programs with multidisciplinary teams.
Provide end-to-end project leadership including scope, schedule, budget, risk, and QA/QC.
Mentor and scale a high-performing transportation team and oversee recruitment.
Drive strategic growth through resource planning and market opportunities.
Serve as trusted client advisor and lead business development, proposals, and pursuits.
Collaborate across internal/external partners to deliver innovative solutions.
Represent Arcadis in industry forums and engage stakeholders.
