Hempel seeks a Neogard Senior Account Manager, Flooring Specialist to drive sales across the West Coast and Western Canada, building relationships with contractors, architects and owners in commercial flooring. Expect mentoring of local account managers and promoting Neogard as the leading resinous flooring solution.

The role requires expert knowledge in resinous flooring, strong presentation skills, and willingness to travel up to 60% with remote work flexibility.

Formación

• 7+ years of sales experience in resinous floor coatings or construction materials
• Experience in jobsite/field environment with resinous flooring
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• Willing to travel up to 60% and reside within the territory

Responsabilidades

• Use CRM to organize daily sales activities, follow-ups, and project progress
• Provide technical knowledge, field support to reps, distributors, and contractors
• Establish contact with owners, architects, engineers to promote Neogard products
• Cultivate relationships with independent reps, distributors, and contractors
• Lead presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients and stay current with industry trends
