Job summary

QuestMark, a division of CentiMark Corporation, is seeking a Project Manager focused on the sales and marketing of our installed polished concrete and epoxy flooring systems for commercial, retail, and industrial markets. The role emphasizes account and territory development and coordinating with customers to translate needs into proposals.

The successful candidate will manage follow-up with existing accounts, prospect new business, conduct site inspections, deliver demonstrations and proposals,

Qualifications

• Experience in general flooring, construction, or sales is required.
• Two to three years of past territory and account development experience is preferred.
• Strong qualifying and closing ability with a history of sales success.
• Ability to work well both independently and in a team environment.
• Strong time and territory management skills and motivation to develop new accounts.
• College degree preferred.
• Valid State driver’s license in good standing is required.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test.

Responsibilities

• Account development and territory development through follow up, cold calling, telemarketing lead follow up, target marketing and business development meetings.
• New and existing account development, site inspections, proposal deliveries and material demonstrations.
• Provide information for creation of proposals for customers.
• Some overnight travel.
• Grow regional sales.
