Job summary

D-3 Flooring Services is seeking a Senior Estimator to support our single-family new construction flooring projects. This role suits someone who enjoys detailed, analytical work and can manage multiple estimates and deadlines with ownership.

You will prepare accurate RFMS Measure estimates for tile, LVP, hardwood, laminate, carpet, setting materials, and vinyl, review plans, and coordinate with clients and installers to ensure timely completion.

Qualifications

• 5 years in construction estimating (preferred).
• Experience with RFMS Measure.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate estimates on RFMS Measure for tile, LVP, hardwood, laminate, carpet, setting materials, and vinyl projects.
• Review plans, specifications, selections, and project requirements.
• Calculate material and labor needs and prepare detailed installer work orders.
• Manage bids, revisions, and estimating deadlines.
• Identify and resolve missing information or discrepancies.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, installers, and internal team members as needed.
• Follow projects through to ensure estimating details are complete and accurate.

$65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
