Job summary

Genoa Healthcare, part of UnitedHealth Group, is seeking a Senior Float Pharmacy Technician to support the mental health and specialty pharmacy operations across 30 Phoenix sites. The role dispenses prescriptions under supervision and handles required clerical duties while covering PTO and callouts.

The position requires an active Arizona Pharmacy Technician license, 1+ year of pharmacy data entry experience, and the ability to travel across the Phoenix sites while working Monday–Friday

Qualifications

Active AZ Pharmacy Technician license.
1+ year pharmacy data entry experience.
Ability to cover 30 Phoenix sites to handle PTO/callouts.
Office hours Monday–Friday 7:30am–5:00pm.
Must have reliable transportation and valid US driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service to patients and clinic staff.
Fill prescription orders under direct supervision of a Pharmacist.
Order, receive and store pharmacy supplies.
Process wholesaler medication orders and verify stock in the system.
Assist Pharmacist with pharmacy functions and ensure regulatory compliance.
Perform clerical duties and communicate effectively in writing and speech.
Cover all 30 Phoenix sites as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
