Job summary

KBR, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Flight Test Manager to support the Air Force Research Laboratory’s Autonomous Air Refueling program at WPAFB, OH. You will lead flight test planning, vendor oversight, and evaluation of test results to ensure safety and performance.

The role requires DoD acquisition experience, DoD/AF familiarity, an active clearance, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams across contractors and government stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• Active Secret clearance.
• Demonstrated ability to lead planning and execution events.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with vendors and test organizations to develop detailed test plans and monitor execution.
• Act as liaison to test stakeholders including test units and contractors.
• Manage costs, schedules, and testing strategy across acquisition phases.
• Provide technical input and briefings to government leadership and industry representatives.
• Monitor contractor performance and provide assessments to government PMs.
