Job summary

KBR, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Flight Test Manager to support the Air Force Research Laboratory’s Autonomous Air Refueling program.

The role involves providing expert flight test guidance, managing test activities across acquisition phases, and coordinating with AFRL, contractors, and test units at WPAFB, OH. You will oversee detailed flight test plans, data analysis, and reporting, ensure safety and compliance with AFRL and DoD requirements, and brief government leadership on

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• 6+ years in test and evaluation for DoD or similar programs.
• Experience verifying and validating system requirements.
• Proven ability to lead planning and execution events.
• Experience with DoD acquisition tools and processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with vendors and test orgs to develop detailed test plans.
• Brief government leadership on T&E status and progress.
• Develop, implement and monitor T&E processes across acquisition phases.
• Analyze flight test data and prepare detailed reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and AFRL guidelines.
• Oversee ground and flight test events and coordination.
