Job summary

Lockheed Martin is seeking a Flight Test Engineer to join a senior ADP Flight Test Engineering team in Palmdale. You will develop Detailed Test Plans, test schedules, and procedures for developmental testing while providing lab support and leading Test Plan Working Groups.

You will interface with design and analysis teams to define test configurations, evaluate requirements, and support mission control room operations with real-time safety decisions. Strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or higher in a STEM field or equivalent experience.
• Experience creating Test Plans and Test Cards.
• Flight Test MCR or in-flight execution experience.
• Test Conductor or Test Director experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and IADS.

Responsibilities

• Develop and publish Detailed Test Plans and test schedules.
• Provide lab support for integration testing and host TPWGs.
• Support TRRs, TSRBs, and pre/post-test briefings.
• Define test configuration and data needs with design teams.
• Make real-time safety decisions from the mission control room.
