Job summary

Responsibilities

• Draft and execute ground and flight test plans for complex programs.
• Coordinate and execute complex flight tests as part of a flight test crew.
• Define and maintain test aircraft configurations across multiple programs.
• Operate flight test tools, analyze data in real time, and tweak test parameters.
• Propose viable solutions to issues encountered during flight tests.
• Mentor junior flight test engineers.
