Job summary

Torch Technologies seeks a Senior Flight Test Engineer to support the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center/ISR SOF portfolio, handling end-to-end test planning, execution, and reporting for the E-3 aircraft and related ground systems.

Hybrid role at Hanscom AFB, MA with up to 20% travel. Requires Secret clearance, a Bachelor’s degree, and 12+ years of relevant DoD experience (15 years acceptable). Salary range $120,000-$130,000 with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 12+ years of related experience or 15 years with DoW programs.
• Active Secret clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Understand end-to-end test process for acquisition, fielding, and employment decisions.
• Coordinate test plans/procedures and reports for test & evaluation activities.
• Lead cross-functional teams in test design, execution, and documentation.
• Plan and execute test missions for E-3 platform and labs; ensure safety.
