Torch Technologies is seeking a Senior Flight Test Engineer for a hybrid role at Hanscom AFB, MA. You will lead end-to-end flight test activities supporting AFLCMC/HB and ISR SOF programs, coordinating with prime contractors and government test teams.

The position requires deep experience in test planning, MOEs/MOPs, safety documentation, and test readiness reviews, with travel and ability to collaborate across organizations including AFOTEC and 96th Wing.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship.
• Bachelor's degree and 12+ years in the field, with 5+ years supporting DoW.
• Secret clearance or ability to obtain one.
• Extensive experience with full Test & Evaluation lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end flight test activities for AFLCMC/HB.
• Coordinate test planning meetings and reviews.
• Develop and review test run cards and readiness reviews.
• Analyze data and provide corrective actions.
• Travel including international, per program needs.
