Job summary

DCS Corp is seeking a Senior Flight Test Engineer to support the Air Force ISR SOF program from Hanscom AFB, MA, in a hybrid work arrangement. The role covers end-to-end flight test lifecycle, planning, execution, and data analysis for complex aircraft and ground systems.

Required: U.S. Citizenship, a Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of DoD experience, and an active Secret clearance. Desirable: 12+ years with DoD programs; 15 years total experience. Occasional international travel is expected.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Bachelor’s degree plus 8 years of relevant experience, 5 of those years supporting the DoD.
• Must have and be able to maintain a Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Understand and apply end-to-end test process to support acquisition, fielding, and employment decisions.
• Assist prime contractor with designing, planning, coordinating, executing, and reporting on high-priority tests for the Japan E-3 aircraft and related systems.
• Develop test plans and staff paperwork through approval processes, including safety and technical reviews.
• Coordinate with multiple test organizations to plan and execute test missions for the E3 platform and software labs.
• Provide test planning support to determine objectives, MOEs, MOPs, and performance measures.
• Develop test scenarios and data collection plans to meet objectives safely.
• Review test run cards, participate in readiness reviews, and evaluate results in real-time.
• Analyze issues, perform root-cause analysis, and recommend corrective actions.
