Job summary

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship is required due to program requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in aerospace engineering, computer science, electrical engineering, or equivalent technical degree.
• 5+ years of embedded software experience.
• Proficiency in C and C++ languages.
• Experience with RTOS or Embedded Linux.

Responsibilities

• Develop application software to run on RTOS or embedded Linux.
• Develop hardware drivers for IMUs, star trackers, reaction wheels, and sensors.
• Write and maintain unit tests within CI framework.
• Collaborate with hardware-in-the-loop test engineers to verify software/hardware functionality.
• Work with systems and embedded engineers to develop and validate requirements.
• Review source code changes and ensure coding standards.
• Participate in design reviews such as PDR and CDR.
• Assist with on-orbit flight operations.
