Lanteris Space Systems is seeking a Sr Flight Software Engineer to join our team in Palo Alto, CA, with remote options within the U.S. You will design and implement embedded RTOS-based flight software for NASA Artemis programs.

The ideal candidate has a BS in software engineering or CS, 8+ years of software development experience, strong C++, and VxWorks/cFS experience; travel to Palo Alto as needed; US citizenship or permanent residency required.

Formación

• BS in software engineering, computer science, or related field.
• 8+ years of software development experience.
• Embedded C++ on multicore architectures; RTOS experience; ability to travel to Palo Alto.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement software for embedded RTOS.
• Develop, document, and maintain architectures, requirements, interfaces, and designs for flight software systems.
• Develop software verification plans, unit tests, and procedures; document results.
• Perform software product life cycle management.
• Develop, select, tailor, and deploy software processes, tools, and metrics.
• Serve as SME for software domains and processes.
