Qualifikationen

• Must be able to obtain a security clearance.
• Must be able to work 1st or 2nd shift.
• 3+ years of Aerospace, Fabrication, or Manufacturing experience.
• 3+ years of avionics and/or electrical experience.
• 3 years’ experience with live aircraft systems and flight operations.
• Active Security Clearance (preferred).
• FAA Airframe & Powerplant license (preferred).
• Familiar with Boeing Production System (preferred).

Aufgaben

• Identify problems and coordinate follow-up communication with support organizations for problem resolution.
• Provide technical support in problem identification for pre-flight and post-flight checks; inspect and document non-conformance with high complexity.
• Perform inspections of flight test installations and aircraft functional testing.
• Inspect pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical and avionics systems to isolate mechanical/electrical faults and document faulty components.
• Conduct pre-flight and post-flight checks and inspections of maintenance/modification actions.
• Resolve identified problems during operation and testing of deliverable products.
• Verify the accuracy of work performed.
• Assist in system & sub-system pre-delivery inspections and aircraft maintenance in preparation for delivery.
• Plan, schedule and arrange daily activities with the assistance of lead.
• Work is reviewed upon completion for adequacy to meet objectives.
