Job summary

The Boeing Company in North Charleston, SC is seeking candidates for the Boeing Pre-Hire Opportunity Program as Flight Readiness Technician. This role is onsite on a variable shift within Boeing Commercial Airplanes production teams, offering a path to direct employment after PHOP.

You will interpret drawings, identify tools and parts, follow strict safety and quality standards, complete foundational training, and work with measured inquiries to support a defect-free aircraft assembly

Qualifications

• Contract labor mechanic status (DAJX, DCTL, DEJ1, DCTJ)
• Successful completion of the PHOP program
• Must be able to work variable shifts
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints/drawings
• Proficient use of computer and MS Office tools in production environment

Responsibilities
