Job summary

The Boeing Company in Seattle, WA is seeking an Assistant Chief Pilot Production Manager to oversee production and flight operations as a first-line manager. You will lead test pilots, manage aircrew duties, and ensure safety and efficiency across programs.

The role requires strong leadership, project-management experience, and FAA credentials; you will develop plans, coordinate resources, and build partnerships with customers and suppliers while guiding teams toward on-time, compliant execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree or higher is required.
• Commercial Certificate or FAA ATP with appropriate endorsements.
• Experience leading and managing a team is required.
• Experience with Project Management or similar activity.

Responsibilities

• Operates aircraft and manages test pilots performing aircrew duties for safe test flights.
• Plans, conducts and evaluates ground and test flights; leads aircrew activities for design support.
• Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures.
• Acquires resources, manages suppliers, and drives process improvements.
• Maintains relationships with customers, stakeholders, peers and direct reports.
• Oversees technical approaches and products, and trains/evaluates staff.
