You will guide flight management systems alignment with program requirements, manage a rich backlog, and coordinate across agile teams while steering bids for ongoing program work.

You will gain mastery in Earned Value Management and advanced avionics systems, positioning you for leadership roles within Collins Aerospace.

Qualifications

• Requires STEM degree with 5+ years experience or advanced degree with 3+ years experience.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and their application in large-scale projects.
• Familiarity with Earned Value Management.
• Ada or C/C++ experience; Python scripting familiarity.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary FM&C liaison to assigned programs, ensuring flight management systems align with schedule and requirements.
• Lead creation and maintenance of a comprehensive story backlog for tasks and timelines.
• Collaborate across department agile teams to delegate tasks and track progress.
• Own design decisions as the lead engineer on your development scope.
• Oversee all FM&C efforts within assigned programs.
• Drive bids and proposals to secure continued program involvement.
