Job summary

Atlas Air Worldwide seeks a Flight Dispatch leader responsible for the day-to-day management of dispatch operations, ensuring regulatory compliance and safe, efficient flight execution. You will lead Dispatch personnel, oversee staffing, and coordinate with multiple operational departments to maintain smooth operations.

The role requires strong knowledge of aircraft performance, weather, and FAR Part 121, with on-call availability and weekend work as needed.
