Qualifications

• FAA Aircraft Dispatcher Certificate (1+ year) required.
• Must be fluent in spoken and written English.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• DOT pre-employment drug test and Breeze background check required.

Responsibilities

• Resource Optimization: allocate staff across departments to align with flight schedules.
• Desk assignments and coverage plans for the upcoming day’s operations.
• Set performance expectations and conduct release audits with the dispatch training team.
• Assist during irregular operations by managing flight counts and coverage.
• Participate in projects aligned with company initiatives and drills.
• Coordinate with ATC and monitor OIS; support training for FSM access.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Collect and maintain required paperwork; review safety reports for improvements.
• Assist in emergency dispatch procedures including diversions and Medlink coordination.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
