Job summary

Republic Airways is seeking an experienced Dispatch supervisor to ensure flight safety and regulatory compliance across all scheduled and charter operations. You will monitor flight planning, weather, and routing while directing a team of dispatchers and coordinators to maintain on-time performance.

The role requires oversight of daily operations, coordination with crews and partners, and adherence to FAA regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least three years of commercial air carrier operations in a Dispatcher capacity.
• Experience in a lead or supervisory role.
• Proficient in Dispatch software and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of crew duty and rest regulations.
• Able to pass FAA background checks.

Responsibilities

• Authorize, regulate and control flights according to FAA and Company regulations.
• Monitor flight operations, individual flight planning, releases, routing, weather and advisory service duties.
• Supervise Dispatchers and Dispatch Coordinators and manage staff schedules.
• Coordinate with stations, flight crews, and airline partner management for non-routine operations.
• Record non-routine incidents and ensure proper forms/reports are completed.
• Attend operations meetings and provide status updates on daily operations.
