Job summary

Pepsi Beverages North America (PBNA) is hiring Fleet Mechanics to maintain a large North American fleet, with a target pay of $41.75 per hour. The role includes world-class tooling, comprehensive benefits starting day one, and ongoing training to advance your career.

You will work on a variety of equipment, including trucks, vans, and forklifts, in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment. Ideal candidates are independent, possess basic hand tools, and can pass a forklift skills test.

Qualifications

• Own basic hand tools required for day-to-day work.
• Lift up to 50 pounds with or without an accommodation.
• Experience or training with hydraulic and air brake systems.
• Experience with after-treatment and emissions repairs on diesel equipment.
• Experience repairing driveline and heavy-duty trucks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work with a high degree of independence performing PMs and repairs.
• Use diagnostic platforms to identify and fix vehicle issues.
• Repair and maintain automobiles, trucks, vans, and forklifts.
• Perform advanced diagnostics across OE platforms and electrical systems.
• Document vehicle records and pre-trip checks.
• Support safety programs and maintain clean, safe work environments.
