Job summary

Pepsi Beverages North America (PBNA) is seeking an experienced Fleet Mechanic to maintain a large North American fleet. You will perform PMs and repairs, use advanced diagnostics, and work on vehicles from light autos to heavy trucks. The role emphasizes independence with coaching when needed and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Own basic hand tools are required.
• Experience with hydraulic and air brake systems preferred.
• Experience performing engine and driveline repairs (class 6-8 diesel).
• Experience using diagnostic platforms (Noregon, Snap-on, Nexiq, Altel).
• ASE, Macs, or Military certifications encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Work with a high degree of independence performing PMs and repairs.
• Utilize leading edge technology and diagnostic programs on Pepsi fleet.
• Repair a diverse fleet including automobiles, trucks, vans, and forklifts.
• Perform advanced diagnostics across OE platforms and high-level repairs.
• Maintain vehicle records and pre-trip checklists.
• Support safety standards and company safety culture.
