Job summary

Pepsi Beverages North America (PBNA) is hiring Fleet Mechanics to ensure fleet reliability and support driver safety. The role offers great pay, benefits starting Day 1, and company-provided tools and PPE.

You will work on a diverse fleet including light and heavy trucks, vans, and forklifts, using advanced diagnostics and modern tooling. Training and career growth are emphasized within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Own basic hand tools required; diagnostic and high-tech equipment provided.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and pass forklift test if applicable.
• Experience with hydraulic and air brake systems.
• Experience with diesel engine repairs and driveline repairs.

Responsibilities

• Perform PMs and repairs with a high degree of independence.
• Use diagnostics platforms to troubleshoot and repair fleet equipment.
• Repair engines, drivetrains, emissions, and safety systems on class 6–8 trucks and equipment.
• Document vehicle records and pre-trip checklists; maintain records.
