Job summary

Pepsi Beverages North America (PBNA) is seeking a Fleet Mechanic to keep our diverse fleet reliable across North America. You will perform PMs and repairs on trucks, vans, and forklifts using advanced diagnostics and a mix of high-tech tools, with independence and coaching as needed.

The role offers a strong benefits package, training, growth opportunities, and a competitive hourly pay of $33.60 with full benefits starting Day 1.

Qualifications

• Own basic hand tools.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds (with/without accommodation).
• 18 years of age or older.
• Experience with hydraulic and air brake systems.
• Experience performing after treatment and emissions repairs (e.g. class 6-8 diesel).

Responsibilities

• Perform PMs and repairs with a high degree of independence.
• Utilize diagnostic tools and programs including Noregon and TAAS.
• Work on Pepsi's diverse fleet (autos, trucks, vans, forklifts).
• Diagnose failures and disassemble/repair parts as needed.
• Maintain vehicle records and pre-trip checklists; answer service calls.
