Job summary

Pepsi Beverages North America (PBNA) is seeking a Fleet Mechanic to maintain a large North American fleet with a focus on safety and reliability. You will perform PMs, repairs, and diagnostics on a range of vehicles, including cars, trucks, vans, and forklifts.

The role offers strong pay of $30.60/hour, day-one medical/vision/dental benefits, retirement plans, PTO, iPad/iPhone, uniforms, PPE, boot allowance, and ongoing training to advance your career.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include having your own basic hand tools.
• Able to pass Forklift Driving Skills test (if applicable).
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds (with or without accommodation).
• Experience with diagnostics and using shop tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform PMs and repairs with independence.
• Use modern tech and programs for diagnostics and predictive analytics.
• Maintain and repair Pepsi's diverse fleet (autos, trucks, vans, forklifts).
• Diagnose failures, disassemble/repair parts as needed.
• Document work orders, vehicle records, and pre-trip checklists.
• Support safety culture and fleet reliability.
• Be part of a large North American fleet maintenance team.
