Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of five years’ experience in vehicle maintenance.
• Master ASE certification can substitute for two years of experience.
• Medium/heavy truck master ASE certification and Class A CDL preferred.
• Proficient with maintenance software and diagnostic tools.

Responsibilities

• Repair, modify, and perform preventive maintenance on vehicles and equipment.
• Conduct advanced diagnostics and perform repairs or part replacements.
• Adjust equipment for safe operation and document safety checks.
• Mentor less-experienced technicians and review written/electronic reports.
• Perform safety inspections and, if needed, paint and body work.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies.
