Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years' experience performing vehicle maintenance.
• Heavy-Duty vehicle maintenance certificate may substitute for one year experience.
• Master ASE certification may substitute for two years experience.
• Proficient with brakes, electrical, PMI, powertrain and trailing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Repairs, modifies and performs preventive maintenance inspections on tractors, trailers, forklifts and other equipment.
• Performs advanced diagnostics to identify trouble and repairs or replaces components.
• Maintains safety documentation and completes reports.
• Provides guidance to less-experienced technicians.
• Maintains accurate maintenance records and documents work performed.
