Job summary

Pepsi Beverages North America (PBNA) is hiring Fleet Mechanics to ensure fleet reliability and support driver safety across one of the largest fleets in North America. The role offers a strong benefits package, modern tooling, and ongoing training.

You will work with cutting-edge technology and a diverse fleet, including heavy trucks, vehicles, and forklifts, performing PMs, diagnostics, and high-level repairs. Training and advancement opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Own basic hand tools required.
• Experience with hydraulic and air brake systems preferred.
• Experience with aftertreatment and emissions repairs (class 6-8 diesel).
• Experience with driveline repairs (class 6-8 diesel).
• Experience using diagnostic platforms (Noregon, Snap-on, Nexiq, Altel).
• Class A/B CDL driving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform PMs and repairs with a high degree of independence.
• Use leading edge tech and diagnostics for fleet health.
• Repair diverse equipment including autos, trucks, vans, forklifts.
• Diagnose failures and disassemble/repair parts as needed.
• Maintain vehicle records and pre-trip checklists.
• Respond to service calls and support safety programs.
