Job summary

SIXT is seeking a Senior Repair Manager in Austin, TX to lead fleet maintenance operations, oversee your team, and drive cost-efficient maintenance programs. You will manage vendor relationships, ensure compliance with quality standards, and report on KPIs to regional leadership.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of management experience, ASE certification or a bachelor's degree, and strong planning skills. A company car and bonus opportunities complement the base salary and development paths.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience; fleet maintenance experience preferred.
• ASE certification and/or a bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance and systems; ability to multitask under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fleet maintenance, in-fleeting, and de-fleeting to ensure standards and cost efficiency.
• Manage vendor selection, evaluation, and coordination for maintenance and body repair.
• Ensure adherence to policies, quality standards, and inspections.
