Job summary

Sixt-US is seeking a Repair Manager in the United States to oversee fleet maintenance, vendor relations, and operational execution. The role offers a base salary of $63,000 with a yearly bonus of $25,200, paid monthly, plus a company car and extensive development opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of management experience, with fleet maintenance preferred.
• ASE certification and/or a bachelor's degree are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fleet maintenance, in-fleeting, and de-fleeting to ensure standards and cost efficiency.
• Manage vendor selection and coordination for maintenance and body repair.
• Ensure adherence to policies and quality through monitoring and inspections.
• Collaborate with Branch Operations Management and keep the Regional Fleet Manager informed of KPIs.
• Provide reports, presentations, and perform additional duties as assigned.
