SIXT is seeking a Repair Manager in Hawaii to oversee a fleet operations team and vendor relationships, driving cost efficiency and adherence to standards. The role emphasizes leadership, decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration.

The position offers a base salary of $63,000 plus a yearly bonus of $25,200, paid monthly, with opportunities for development and a company car. You must be 21+, authorized to work in the U.S., and able to work 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience (fleet maintenance preferred).
• Strong vehicle maintenance knowledge including collision repair and systems.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with ability to influence.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% (air travel included) and work a flexible schedule.

Responsabilités

• Oversee fleet maintenance, in-fleeting, and de-fleeting activities to ensure standards and cost efficiency.
• Manage vendor selection, evaluation, and coordination for maintenance and related services.
• Ensure adherence to policies, standards, and quality through monitoring and inspections.
• Collaborate with Branch Operations Management and report KPIs to Regional Fleet Manager.
• Provide reports, presentations, and perform additional duties as assigned.
