Job summary

Waabi, a leader in autonomous mobility, seeks a Senior Fleet Planner to own the operational orchestration of its vehicle fleet across multiple sites. You will ensure the right vehicle and crew are in the right place at the right time, interacting with our commercial operations and internal tooling to keep every run on track.

You will track vehicle lifecycle, manage capacity forecasting, and collaborate with Engineering and Product to automate workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in fleet planning, asset management, or logistics for large vehicle fleets.
• Strong tech aptitude with fleet management or telematics platforms.
• Experience with asset lifecycle of autonomous vehicle fleets.
• Ability to own recurring capacity planning and forward-looking forecasts.
• Experience running cross-functional meetings with clear owners and dates.
• Excellent data fluency to analyze performance and constraints.
• Collaborative with Engineering and Product to improve workflows.

Responsibilities

• Track every vehicle across its lifecycle and know its status and availability.
• Own day-of fleet execution and coordinate intra-site and inter-site handoffs.
• Monitor crew staffing, availability, and proactively flag adjustments.
• Build plans, run weekly capacity forecasts, and deliver executive-ready analyses.
• Define and evolve fleet management tooling in partnership with Engineering.
• Ensure data flows across systems with minimal manual overhead.
• Document and improve fleet coordination processes as Waabi grows.
