Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. in Goodlettsville, TN seeks an experienced Senior Operations Manager I to oversee 371–600 equivalent truck units across locations. You will lead a branch team, optimize labor, and ensure safety, quality and compliance with SOPs.

The role drives customer uptime, service delivery and financial performance within the shop. Requires supervisory experience and strong leadership, with bonus eligibility and weekly pay in this shift.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma/GED required.
• Associate's Degree preferred.
• 4+ years in an operations environment or Ryder equivalent.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience.
• Understanding of labor, financial, operating, quality, safety and asset processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversees operations, labor planning, scheduling, and workflow optimization.
• Leads a management team including Operations Managers, Supervisors and Coordinators.
• Manages customer relationships, uptime, and service delivery.
• Partners with Sales to scope opportunities and drive growth.
• Controls budget, P&L, invoices, payroll, and supplier contracts.
