Job summary

Oncor Electric Delivery Company LLC is seeking a Fleet Maintenance Senior Advisor to lead maintenance programs, manage vendor performance, and oversee warranty administration for Oncor’s fleet. You will collaborate with Operations, automotive service providers, OEMs, and external service providers to optimize asset availability and control maintenance costs.

The role supports replacement strategies, ensures regulatory compliance, and develops fleet maintenance reporting for leadership review,

Qualifications

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent is required.
Associates degree encouraged.
5+ years of experience in fleet maintenance, automotive service management, or related field.
Experience with fleet operations and vehicle utilization in utility/transport environments.
Knowledge of fleet regulations and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

Coordinate fleet maintenance and repair via vendors and OEMs.
Act as fleet maintenance SME and liaison with operations, centers, vendors, and leadership.
Analyze maintenance, utilization, downtime, and costs to identify cost-saving actions.
Visit service centers and repair facilities to ensure maintenance processes and vendor performance.
Monitor vendor performance, warranty recovery, and cycle times.
