Job summary

MV Transportation is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead day-to-day maintenance for our on-demand bus operations. You will manage budgets, ensure contractual compliance, and deliver timely reports to stakeholders.

This role requires hands-on leadership of a 10+ person team across technicians, cleaners, and service staff. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in fleet maintenance, ASE certification, CDL-P, and experience with fleet management systems, with a proven ability to interface with clients

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in diesel/automotive tech or related field.
• Five+ years of progressively responsible fleet or heavy-duty vehicle maintenance experience.
• Three+ years in a supervisory maintenance role; college transit experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance operations and ensure compliance with contract requirements.
• Prepare and manage maintenance budgets and generate weekly/monthly/annual reports.
• Coordinate with client and manage 10+ technicians and support staff.
