Job summary

Dynamic SLR in Richardson, TX seeks a decisive Fleet & Asset Manager to own our fleet and asset-management function across Dallas–Fort Worth and Houston. You will build scalable systems, set standards, and drive ownership of results for ~60 vehicles and related assets.

This role requires ownership mindset, data-driven decision making, and cross-functional collaboration across Operations, Safety, Finance, HR, and Service.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years in fleet, equipment, or asset-management roles.
• Experience owning a fleet or fleet-management function.
• Proven ability to build or improve fleet systems, reporting and controls.
• Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance and fleet compliance.
• Experience with telematics and driver monitoring platforms.
• Proven vendor-negotiation and cost-reduction success.
• Experience managing budgets, acquisitions, leases, rentals, and disposals.
• Ability to make timely decisions and hold others accountable.

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable regional fleet-management strategy across markets.
• Establish policies, controls, reporting, and operating standards.
• Define vehicle assignments, maintenance, and cost-accountability.
• Create consistent fleet processes across markets and drive efficiency.
• Develop short- and long-term fleet plans based on demand.
• Present data-driven recommendations with financial impact.
• Own problems from identification to resolution.
